I am an Australian-born, Barcelona-based mentor, healer, DJ, and writer. In 2016, I had ‘the perfect online life’: a perfect apartment and a busy traveling schedule of well-paid DJ gigs.
But I also had extreme bulimia, crippling anxiety, and low self-esteem.
The Australian healthcare system had prescribed me antidepressants for celiac disease & I lost an entire year of my life. Most of my 20s are a blur.
