‘I struggle to find the words to describe how much my life has changed since working with Katie. She has given me hope that I never thought I would have again. I came into METAMORPHOSIS for a second time, and I just feel more present, more "me," more here and now, more grounded...a bit hard to explain, but things just seem to make more sense. I don't judge myself as much, which for me is huge.
