Hi, my name is Katie Valentine.
I am an Australian-born, Barcelona-based mentor, healer, DJ, and writer. In 2016, I had ‘the perfect online life’: a perfect apartment and a busy traveling schedule of well-paid DJ gigs.
But I also had extreme bulimia, crippling anxiety, and low self-esteem.
The Australian healthcare system had prescribed me antidepressants for celiac disease & I lost an entire year of my life. Most of my 20s are a blur.
Stuffed-down trauma led me to cope through unhealthy means like overeating, codependency, and alcohol abuse, leaving my nervous system in disarray. Rock bottom became my turning point when I discovered the transformative power of the subconscious mind, and thus, my purpose was born.
I have empowered hundreds of men and women worldwide to unleash their subconscious power and create a ‘f*ck yes’ life of unbridled fulfillment by mastering themselves. With my personalized 1:1 sessions, I create a transformative space to help you cultivate wealth, freedom, high-caliber relationships, and purpose.
I utilize various techniques, such as deep transformative coaching, hypnotherapy, subconscious techniques, somatics, EFT Tapping, Human Design, and Sound Healing, to help you move past your blocks, unlock your power and authenticity, and impact this world while creating your ideal life in the process.
