Inside my body, everything was unraveling.

Stuffed-down trauma led me to cope through overeating, purging, codependency, and alcohol abuse, leaving my outer world in disarray.
That collapse became my initiation. Rock bottom cracked me open to the power of the subconscious mind, and in my descent into hell, I found my purpose.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of women and men across the world to rewire their inner world, reclaim their bodies, and create a life that feels like a full-body fck yes.
