Hi angel, I’m Katie Valentine.
DJ, healer and wordsmith living my dream life in Spain.
In 2016, my life looked perfect on the outside — the dream apartment, a busy calendar of well-paid DJ gigs, and the perfect ‘online life’. Inside, I was an unregulated mess.
A year lost to wrongfully prescribed antidepressants, most of my 20s blurred in survival mode. Stuffed-down trauma led me to cope through overeating, bulimia, codependency, and alcohol abuse, leaving my nervous system in disarray.
That collapse became my initiation. Rock bottom cracked me open to the power of the subconscious mind, and in my descent into hell, I found my purpose.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of women and men across the world to rewire their inner world, reclaim their bodies, and create a life that feels like a full-body fck yes.
In my 1:1 spaces, I don’t sit across from you; I walk beside you. We unravel, we laugh, we cry, we move through the parts of you that have been waiting to come witnessed.
