By making your deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared between myself and my clients is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed outside of our container.
The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
The client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the
It is solely the client's responsibility to seek independent professional guidance whenever required. If the client is currently receiving mental health care, it is recommended that they inform their mental health care provider about the program's nature and scope without any delay.
REFUNDS:
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note that refunds are not available after payment.
However, Katie is always willing to negotiate a fair solution for unforeseeable circumstances.

A REMINDER FOR YOUR VOXER SPACE
All voice notes will be responded to within 24-48 hours from Tuesday to Friday during office hours.
This is your safe space to share wins/challenges, ask questions, and receive support
Keep all voicenotes concise, lasting no more than 3 minutes each, with no more than a couple at a time to maximise efficiency and focus on addressing the core issues effectively until your following deep dive session.

MISSED SESSIONS AND CANCELLATION:
You must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rebooking.
Failure to do so will result in losing the session.
If you need to change your session, please do so through your calendly link (in your email or calendar) no later than 48 hours before your session -
PLEASE NOTE: FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF THAT SESSION.
I will wait 15 minutes on Zoom before your session is considered a ‘no show,’
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept Bank Transfers, Transferwise, and Revolut.
As well as a direct payment STRIPE link for a 2.5% processing fee.
You are responsible for ensuring timely payment is made to avoid workflow delays.
The client understands that if they have chosen the monthly payment option, they are still obligated to attend and pay for all sessions as agreed in written communication with Katie.
Further payment plans can also be discussed.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AND LATE FEES:
Late fees will be charged if you do not meet your payment arrangement on time.
Katie will ensure that she gives adequate notice prior to charging any late fees.
Any outstanding payment plans or invoices that are left unpaid will be sent to Katie’s lawyers for further action.
