By making your deposit and completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions below.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared between myself and my clients remains confidential and will not be disclosed outside our container.
The client understands that our work together thrives when they communicate honestly, remain open to support, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
The client acknowledges that coaching does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or any other qualified professional support. It is the responsibility of the client to seek independent professional guidance whenever necessary. If the client is currently receiving mental health care, it is recommended that their provider is informed about the nature and scope of this program.
REFUNDS
All deposits are non refundable.
Refunds are not available after payment.
Katie is open to discussing a fair solution in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
COMMUNICATION
Please send all communication through email or Voxer.
Do not contact Katie through Instagram or WhatsApp.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
All sessions must be booked through your personal Calendly link.You are responsible for scheduling your own sessions upon receiving Katie’s monthly calendar and linking it to your calendar. We do not follow up or chase bookings. If a session is not booked, it may be missed. You will recieve a reminder from Calendly 24 hours before your session.
If none of the available times work for you, you may reply with alternative times that suit you and we will find an option that aligns for both.
A minimum of forty eight hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to change your session, please use your Calendly link no later than forty eight hours before your scheduled time.
If you do not arrive within fifteen minutes of your scheduled time, the session will be counted as a no show.
VOICENOTE SUPPORT GUIDELINES
All voice notes will be responded to within 24 to 48 hours from Tuesday to Friday during office hours (10am - 5pm CET). You can drop in here 24/7 and messages sent outside these times, including weekends, will be responded to when office hours resume.
This is your space to share wins and challenges, ask questions, and receive support.
Keep all voice notes concise. Each note should be no longer than three minutes, with no more than a couple at a time.
This helps us stay focused on the core themes until your next deep dive session.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, TransferWise, or Revolut.
A Stripe link is available with a 2.5% percent processing fee.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to prevent delays.
If the client selects a monthly payment plan, they are still responsible for completing all payments and attending all sessions agreed upon in written communication.
Further payment plans can be discussed if required.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AND LATE FEES
Late fees will be charged when payment arrangements are not met on time.
Katie will always provide adequate notice before applying a late fee.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, or a payment plan is over 24 hours late, access to support will pause until it is resolved. The remaining balance of the program will still be due.
Any outstanding payment plans or unpaid invoices will be forwarded to Katie’s legal team for further action.
ALIGNMENT
If the container becomes misaligned for either of us, I may gently close the space with written notice. Any future sessions already paid for will be refunded on a prorated basis. Any outstanding payments will still be due.
RESPONSIBILITY
The client understands they are responsible for their results and their personal decisions inside and outside this work.
If I feel that our work together is no longer aligned or supportive for either of us, I may close the container with written notice. Any future sessions that have already been paid for will be refunded on a prorated basis. Any outstanding payments will still be due.
MATERIALS AND RESOURCES
All practices, tools, scripts, and materials shared inside this container are for personal use only and are not to be shared, sold, or taught elsewhere.
